You will need to MODIFY the NAMESERVERS (don't panic, we can do it for you).
You need to modify the nameservers (at your current domain registration company) - to the NameServers specified in your welcome letter.
You can do this yourself (if you know how), or you can open a tech support ticket and request us to assist you.
