Here is pretty much EVERYTHING you could possibly need to know (if you don't find it here - OPEN a tech support ticket, so that we can add it!)
- How to login to your cPanel:
Go to www.YourSite.com/cpanel (replace YourSite.com with your actual website). OR, from inside your BILLING / SUPPORT Account - Click on the "cPanel Login" link in the MAIN MENU BAR. Click the BLUE "Manage" button.
- How to VIEW or RESET / CHANGE your cPanel / FTP Password (your FTP and cPanel password are ALWAYS the same):
First LOGIN to your BILLING / SUPPORT Account. Then, from inside your BILLING / SUPPORT Account - Click on the "cPanel Login" link in the MAIN MENU BAR. Click the BLUE "Manage" button.
- What are my FTP login / setup details:
