How do I DISABLE "E-Mail Archiving" / "leaving a copy of messages on the mail server"?
please follow these steps:
- Open Outlook
- From the Tools menu, Select E-mail Accounts / Account Settings (depends on the version of Outlook).
- Select View or change existing e-mail Account (depends on the version of Outlook).
- Click Next.
- Select your mail account and click Change.
- Click More Settings.
- On the Advanced tab, under Delivery, UNcheck "Leave a copy of messages on the server".
- Click OK.
