If you are getting "Software Security Notice - Script installs need upgrading" Email Notices - for a SCRIPT that you no longer want/use/need, do this:
1. Go to your ROOT DIR (above the public_html) dir. (ASK support if you don't know how to do this)
2. Find the directory called .cpaddons (this is a hidden dot directory)
3. Inside it, find this file (yours will list the actual script instead of Chat::phpMyChat):
cPanel::Chat::phpMyChat.0.yaml
4. DELETE that file.
5. That's it!
