Am I required to keep valid Contact Information in my Billing Account?


All customers are required to keep valid Contact Information in your Billing Account.

To Update Your Contact Information in your Billing Account, please login to your Billing Account by going to www.HostingCheck.com/billing/

Once logged in, Click the Home link in the Main Menu Bar.

Then, click the link "Update Contact Information"

If you are missing any required information - A "WARNING" will be shown stating which info is currently missing from your Contact Information.

Please complete the "My Details" section in full and press the BLUE "Save Changes" button when finished.

Customers who reside outside of the United States will want to make sure EACH field is completely filled out (even if your particular place of residence does not use the same format that we do here in the United States).
