Email is not working - what do I do?

If your Email is NOT WORKING - please begin by VERIFYING that your Email Configuration settings are correct (this is extremely important, since 90%+ Email Problems are resolved by double checking Email Configuration settings):

POP/IMAP EMail Address (This is your Email Address): [email protected]
POP/IMAP UserName (This is ALWAYS the same as your Email Address): [email protected]
POP/IMAP Password (This is your Email Address Password. If you are getting incorrect Password error, please login to your cPanel and RESET the Password for this Email Address): examplepassword

NEXT, Please check your
INCOMING EMAIL Settings
Incoming Server (You will find this by logging into your cPanel, click on Email Accounts, Find your Email Address, then choose Email Configuration from the Drop Down Menu to the right of the Email Address): host.example.com
SSL IMAP Port: 993
SSL POP3 Port: 995
NON-SSL IMAP Port: 143
NON-SSL POP3 Port: 110

NEXT, Please check your
Outgoing EMAIL Settings
Outgoing Server (This will be the SAME as your Incoming Server, and you will find this by logging into your cPanel, click on Email Accounts, Find your Email Address, then choose Email Configuration from the Drop Down Menu to the right of the Email Address): host.example.com
SSL SMTP Port: (CHECK cPanel Email Configuration)
NON-SSL SMTP Port: (CHECK cPanel Email Configuration)

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

AND, if you are using SSL ports, then you will need to SELECT SSL/TLS within your Email Reader Configuration Settings as well.

NOW, please RETEST.

If it works now - then you are done!

If it still doesn't work, PLEASE OPEN A TECH SUPPORT TICKET, and then please provide the following information (exactly as you have typed it into your Email Reader Or, provide screenshots) so that one of our expert techs can test, replicate, and debug/fix the problem for you quickly.
